Betsy Larson serves as Executive Director of Southwest Washington Accountable Community of Health, where she leads the organization’s strategic direction, partnerships, and long-term sustainability. In this role, she supports SWACH’s work to advance health equity, strengthen care coordination, and improve community health and well-being across Clark, Klickitat, and Skamania counties.
Betsy brings extensive experience in systems change, cross-sector collaboration, nonprofit leadership, and community-centered strategy. Before joining SWACH, she served as Senior Director of Community Partnerships at Mat-Su Health Foundation in Alaska, where she coordinated more than 70 partner organizations across health, human services, and government to support shared goals and improve community well-being. Her work included leading strategy, supporting financial stability, and helping partners navigate changing conditions while staying focused on community needs and outcomes.
She also previously served as Executive Director of Northern Susitna Institute, where she gained additional leadership experience in organizational strategy, board partnership, operations, risk management, and cross-sector collaboration.
Throughout her career, Betsy has been committed to building strong partnerships, advancing equity, and supporting community-informed solutions. Her leadership builds on SWACH’s strong foundation as the organization continues its next chapter of partnership, innovation, and regional impact.
