Leadership Transition Announcement

We want to share an important update with our partners and community members. Our Executive Director, Nichole Peppers, will transition into a new role as the first Executive Director of the Coalition of Accountable Communities of Health beginning January 1, 2026. Her last day at SWACH will be December 31, 2025.

Over the next few months, Nichole and our Board of Trustees will work together to ensure a smooth and well-supported transition. SWACH’s programs, partnerships, and day-to-day work will continue without interruption.

Nichole has been a strong and thoughtful leader for our region. During her time at SWACH, she helped deepen our focus on health equity, strengthen partnerships across Clark, Klickitat, and Skamania counties, and expand opportunities for community voice and collaboration. We are grateful for her service and proud to see her leadership recognized at the statewide level.

The SWACH Board of Trustees has appointed SWACH’s Director of Finance Eddie Gallagher as Interim Executive Director. Eddie remains fully committed to our mission and to the work ahead with our partners and communities. If you have questions about this transition, please reach out to us. A search for a permanent Executive Director will begin in the beginning of 2026.

Thank you for your continued partnership and support.

With appreciation,
SWACH
